In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jco77 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studios.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by jco77, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily due to a Terms violation.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with any gambling management authority or programme that covers the Platform.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements above are satisfied. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To access the Services, you must create a jco77 Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing management:

• One account per individual: Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jco77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify jco77 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• KYC verification: jco77 may require you to submit identity documents — including a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other documentation — before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Profile updates: You must promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate. Changes to your registered bank account or e-wallet details are subject to additional verification.

jco77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All deposits into your jco77 Account are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted methods: jco77 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All 13 payment channels support IDR transactions only.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and will be returned.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method.
• Processing time: Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within minutes. jco77 is not responsible for delays caused by the originating bank or e-wallet provider.
• No credit or cryptocurrency: jco77 does not accept credit card deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or any form of digital asset as a deposit method. Only IDR-denominated transfers through the approved channels listed above are accepted.
• Deposit limits: jco77 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Members may also request voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account settings.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your jco77 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Verified accounts only: jco77 will only process withdrawal requests from Accounts that have completed the full KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• Same method as deposit: Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This requirement is in place to protect against fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Registered name match: The name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet must exactly match the verified name on your jco77 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Processing time: jco77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Wagering requirement compliance: Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus-derived funds before completion of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds portion.

jco77 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC status, if the circumstances warrant additional due diligence.

jco77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, contribution rates per game type, and validity periods are published on each promotion's dedicated page.
• One bonus per household / IP address: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per Member, per household, and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will be treated as bonus abuse and sanctioned accordingly.
• Eligibility: Bonus eligibility may depend on your VIP tier, deposit history, account standing, and other factors. jco77 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. jco77 is under no obligation to notify Members of impending bonus expiry.
• Promotional calendar: jco77 operates a promotional calendar aligned with the Indonesian cultural year, including seasonal offers tied to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and time windows.
• Modification and withdrawal: jco77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's Account will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the jco77 Platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid and binding once a confirmation message is displayed on-screen and recorded in your Account's transaction history. Bets not confirmed by the system are null and void.
• Errors and technical faults: In the event of a manifest pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure that results in an incorrectly priced market, jco77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to all product verticals including sports betting, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and live casino games.
• Cancellations: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. Exceptions apply only where explicitly permitted by jco77's in-play cash-out feature, where available.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. jco77 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member at its sole discretion.
• Game integrity: All slot games, live casino titles, and RNG-based games use certified random number generation. Game outcomes are independently audited. jco77 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
• Live casino: Live dealer games — including Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, and Roulette — are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented by the dealing studio (Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play Live). Studio decisions on disputed game outcomes are final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jco77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform without human control.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage, matched betting with bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, including account verification, KYC procedures, or IP-based access controls.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of crime or funds intended for money laundering.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity in any capacity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jco77 staff or other Members.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and will be removed from the Account.

All content on the jco77 Platform — including but not limited to the jco77 brand name, logo, design elements, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of jco77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal and recreational use, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content without the prior written consent of jco77.
• Using jco77's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any manner without express written authorisation.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by jco77 and its licensors.

jco77 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at jco77.club/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• jco77 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data in transit and implements industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest.
• jco77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and game studios) solely as necessary to deliver the Services.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to jco77's legal and regulatory retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jco77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jco77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure by Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jco77 support. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.
• Closure by jco77: jco77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, KYC non-compliance, underage gambling, prohibited conduct, or regulatory direction.
• Funds on closure: Upon termination of an Account in good standing, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of termination for cause (e.g., fraud, Terms breach), jco77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Balance pending investigation.
• Responsible Gaming self-exclusion: Members who request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their Account closed immediately and will not be permitted to re-register during the elected exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jco77 holds its valid gaming licence. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

jco77 operates the Platform for the Indonesian market in compliance with its international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific location within Indonesia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

jco77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jco77 will notify registered Members by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your Account.

The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force.
